Cooked and sliced meats, made in Scotland
The finest raw materials go into whole muscle joints, including a range of QMS-approved meats. They are cooked, then sliced and packed on laser and high-speed slicing lines, or shredded and diced to customers' specifications.
Consistent slicing logs reduce slicing loss and give a uniform shape, weight and size. That is useful for anyone slicing in their own deli or production line.
