Fenton Barns
Fenton Barns has over 50 years' experience in poultry, and has been part of Browns since 1999. Its 100,000 sq ft site in East Lothian makes cooked fine meat and poultry products for retail, wholesale and foodservice.
The range includes turkey saddles and joints, chilled pasteurised chicken for sandwiches and meal makers, haggis made to a family recipe passed down over 60 years, black pudding, flavoured pork ribs, slow-cooked belly pork and a sous vide range.
