Scottish smoked salmon, fish and seafood
Tarbert Fine Foods' Scottish smoked salmon includes hot smoked salmon with sweet chilli, ginger and lime. In 2015 the group's long sliced smoked salmon won a Great Taste award from the Guild of Fine Food.
Ocean Catch offers more than 80 species from over 30 countries: cod, haddock and seabass, Irish whole-shell mussels, whole-tail breaded scampi, whitebait, and warm-water king prawns. MSC battered and breaded cod options are available.
