What we make

Haggis, black pudding and Scottish specialities

Two of the group's sites make haggis: Hall's of Scotland, whose famous haggis is a favourite well beyond Burns Night, and Fenton Barns, using a family recipe passed down over 60 years.

Hall's of Scotland has been making traditional Scottish recipes since 1932. Its chilled range includes original and vegetarian haggis, black pudding, Lorne sausage and link sausages, and its frozen range adds fruit and black puddings and Lorne.

Fenton Barns makes haggis, including a vegetarian haggis of lentils, oatmeal and vegetables, and traditional Scottish black pudding to a family recipe.
