Hall's of Scotland

Sausages, haggis, puddings and more: filling Scotland's fridges since 1932.

Hall's was created by David A Hall in 1932. When Browns bought the brand, its Ayrshire production and its van sales operation from Vion in January 2013, it brought together two of Scotland's oldest family food businesses.

Hall's uses traditional Scottish recipes: sausages, Lorne sausage, haggis (including vegetarian), black and fruit puddings, cooked meats, breakfast packs and ready meals in its chilled range, and burgers, meatballs, sausages, chicken and boneless pork bites in its frozen range.

Everything is made in Scotland, at two factories in Prestwick, Ayrshire.

Shown on the brand's own website, not yet verified: BRCGS Food Safety, Red Tractor. We'll list accreditations on the Quality page once we've seen current certificates.

To confirm with Browns: Hall's appears three times on the current site, across two domains. Which website should the group link to? hallsofscotland.com also lists Cheeky Charlie's, Belchers, Take Me Away, Dalefresh, Flamin' Good Food, Steak Express, Mulligans and McKellar Watt: should any of these appear as group brands?
