Baraka
Baraka was founded in Cardiff in 1989 by Charles Newham and Naim Zakaria, and joined Browns in July 2020. It makes slow-cooked, centre-plate products for foodservice distributors and restaurant chains: ribs and wings, beef short rib and perfectly seasoned proteins, ready for kitchens to finish.
Recipe creation and product development are at the heart of what it does, working directly with customers on menu development.
