We’re delighted that four of Hall’s Direct’s products recently starred in a buffet lunch for 250 people in central Edinburgh, including none other than, HRH Anne, The Princess Royal.

The sumptuous menu included beautiful blinis made with Scottish Smoked Salmon from Lions,

Haggis parcels in filo pastry encompassing Hall’s Haggis, delectable Quiche Lorraine tartlets made with Hall’s Direct bacon and most popular of all, Honey glazed kilted sausages.

The products were all produced by the chefs at New Café Camino with the staff wearing new aprons and jackets sponsored by Hall’s Direct.
